Shipping and Returns

As soon as you pay your invoice or checkout, we will begin getting ready to ship your item. Unless otherwise noted, most items are in hand ready to ship. If an item is not "RTS"- ready to ship, it will be a PRE-ORDER item and will be specifically stated on the listing. Currently we ship our ready to ship items within 3 business days of payment clearing. There are certain payment methods (e-checks, holds, etc) that take longer to clear. We will not ship merchandise until those are clear, so please keep that in mind when estimating ship times.

Please keep in mind, that although you can shop 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we must give ourselves a little "off time". This means that we will not be able to ship on weekends and holidays. Please know that your business is SOO important to us, but our family is our priority and we must reserve this time for them.

We ship USPS First-Class or USPS Priority mail which is typically a 3-5 business day service. Most items are charged shipping based on weight. If you are placing a large order, (over $150) please contact us about free shipping! 

Once your package ships, you will receive a notification with your tracking information. This allows you to watch your package as it leaves us and see exactly where it travels and when it arrives in your mailbox :)

If you have special requests or questions regarding shipping, We can sometimes accommodate rush shipping requests at an additional charge. Please contact us as soon as possible if this is a service you would like to discuss. (If you will be inquiring about special delivery options, please do so BEFORE you pay your invoice or checkout.)

Since we are located in Alabama, we will have to charge sales tax to any order that will ship to Alabama. This charge will appear automatically on your invoice.

All SALE and CLEARANCE items are FINAL sale. Due to the volume of clothing that is processed and the fact that most of our items sell-out at within a few days, we will not be able to offer returns for a refund due to sizing or change of mind. (If you have sizing questions, please address those prior to completing your transaction with us). If you decide you would like to exchange an item for another size, please contact us within 7 days of shipping notification (we must receive the item back within 10 days). We will issue you a store credit and you can use the credit to purchase the item again! 

We WILL, however, gladly accept returns for merchandise that is damaged, mis-monogrammed, or sent wrong. Once you receive your item(s) please carefully inspect them for quality and accuracy.
