    We are so excited you are thinking about joining us for our next SOCIAL MEDIA SALE. Here are a few things you will need to know. 

    "LIKE" us on Facebook (Smocked by Stitchy Fish) and Instagram (@stitchyfish)



    At the time of the sale, we will begin posting pictures of the items for sale and descriptions. In the descriptions you will find a brief description of the item along with the price, available sizes, quantities and a monogramming option (if available.)
    We honor orders on first comment, first sold basis so be ready with your email address, size of clothing you are requesting, monogram option, AL or OOA (out of Alabama) (this is used for tax purposes..if you don't post, we have to charge sales tax) and don't forget to post SOLD -
    ex: (SOLD, xyz@stitchyfish.com, 2T, OOA) or (SOLD, xyz@stitchyfish.com, 2T, "H")
    If you have specific requests, please use the comment section to make those requests. You may decide you only want if you "win" brother/sister match OR you may want the item in 2 sizes. Please be specific.
    ex: (SOLD, xyz@stitchyfish.com, 2T and 3T only if I can have both, OOA) OR ex: (SOLD,xyz@stitchyfish.com, 2T (only if I win the brother match)
    Please comment regardless if you think you may be too late or not. We will send invoices that are due within 24 hours. After the 24 hours is up, we will post the "extra" inventory to our website for purchase.



    This part is hopefully the easiest part of the whole process. If you are one of the "winners", you will receive an email invoice within 24 hours of the auction ending (most of the time MUCH sooner). If you have a paypal account, please provide it when you are commenting to make things super simple. If not, just provide your email and you will still receive an invoice from paypal that you can pay with any credit or debit card. (look carefully as it is sometimes hard to see the option to pay without signing up for a paypal account).

    We will post on Facebook when all of our invoices have been sent. You have 24 hours from the time you receive the invoice to pay (unless other arrangements are made). In order to make it fair for all of our customers, we will have to cancel after 24 hours and move on to our back-up list.

    When bidding please remember that you can't always see every comment that is made. We take extreme measures to make sure we honor orders by first comment. Some Facebook settings allow users to hide comments to other people. We can still see them, but you may not be able to so if you go back and "count" sizes and comments and think you won, you may be missing some of those that are hidden. If you have questions, never hesitate to contact us. We can verify whether you were indeed a winner or not.

    As soon as you pay your invoice, we will begin getting ready to ship your item. Unless otherwise noted, most items are in hand ready to ship. Monogramming takes an additional 2-3 weeks, so keep that in mind when requesting monogramming. If an item is not "RTS"- ready to ship, it will be a PRE-ORDER item and will be specifically stated on the listing.

    Once it ships, you will receive a notification with your tracking information. This allows you to watch your package as it leaves us and see exactly where it travels and when it arrives in your mailbox :)
