My daughter (4) really loves smocked dresses/outfits. Stitchy Fish for the win again. This dress is well made and I know will last us. She is a 6/6x in casual clothes (carters/cat and Jack). I got the 6 in this and there is plenty of room to grow without it being baggy or oversized.
