My granddaughter she’s be 2 years old this August not sure what size I should get for her !! and not sure how your size 2T run I like that pink dress item 68019 And also if I like to get it tomorrow how long its take i need it before Easter !! Thank you !!

Does this dress have any stretch in the sleeve bands?
